- On-site position in Mexico City (Col. del Valle) Adaptable start schedule 9-12 (8hr workday + 1 hour of lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize corporate events and team-building activities
- Manage internal communication channels and content creation
- Oversee the budget for culture initiatives
- Coordinate gifts and celebrations for special occasions
- Lead onboarding processes and provide personalized follow-up
- Analyze internal surveys and propose improvements to workplace climate
- Evaluate project impact and prepare reports
- Develop new initiatives to strengthen the work environment
- Implement motivation systems aligned with the company’s cultural strategy
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate culture, HR, or training
- Strong knowledge of corporate culture strategies and principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams in a trust-based environment
- Creativity to propose innovative ideas that enhance employee experience
- Experience organizing events and integration activities
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and propose data-driven improvements
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
