A leading global organization is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Senior Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager
to drive recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives across Mexico.
This is a highly visible role that partners with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to attract top talent while strengthening the organization's employer brand. The successful candidate will lead recruitment operations, enhance talent acquisition processes, and manage a team focused on delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
Please note that this position is dedicated exclusively to Mexico and does not carry a broader LATAM Talent Acquisition scope. While participating in a integral project environment, the role is focused on Talent Acquisition activities within Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function in Mexico, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Partner with executive stakeholders and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.




Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance market positioning and candidate attraction.
Optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data and market insights to improve efficiency and hiring quality.
Build strong relationships with external talent networks and industry communities.
Support strategic workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles, preferably as a Manager or Senior Manager.
Previous people leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing recruitment teams.
Strong exposure to executive stakeholder management and senior-level partnering.
Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
Background within startups, technology companies, digital businesses, or other dynamic and fast-paced industries.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Preferred Profile
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
Ability to operate in complex and evolving business environments.
Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
