Description Execution of the applicable KPI’s per company standard to include “The Morning Routine” and operational aspects of “The Director’s Playbook”. Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
Coordinates daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly
Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution
Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
Enforce policy and procedure compliance
Coordinate with other departments within the company
Respond to & solve production problems
Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching
Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and employees
Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process
Other duties as assigned
