Where You'll Make a Difference
Manage, prepare, acquire, and interpret raw material and product samples for sensory and analytical evaluations
Support sensory and quality assessments utilizing analytical techniques such as Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
Conduct sensory discriminative testing in accordance with established methodologies and procedures
Interpret analytical and sensory results to support quality and product evaluation decisions
Generate, maintain, and communicate reports related to sample analysis and sensory evaluations
Participate in regression testing and acceptance testing activities to validate product consistency and quality
Collaborate with Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to support product evaluation processes
Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and safety requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to sensory evaluation, analytical testing, and laboratory processes
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sensory laboratory, quality laboratory, or related analytical environment
Knowledge of sensory discriminative testing methodologies
Experience working with flavors, raw materials, and sensory evaluation processes
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and safety principles
Experience working with laboratory equipment and analytical tools, including GC-MS
Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles and allergen management processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as SAP
Intermediate English proficiency preferred
