Key Responsibilities Full Project Lifecycle Management - Classify 4 overseas warehouse project types and set approval & resource allocation standards.
- Deliver project initiation, approval, contract signing and pre-project compliance check.
- Build project teams, define milestones and full-cycle management mechanisms.
- Monitor progress, control risks and drive closed-loop issue resolution.Supply Chain & Process Design - Design overseas warehouse OTC processes and organize demand alignment.
- Launch full-process operation drills, exception handling and standardized training.
- Establish unified warehouse operation, safety and on-site management systems.
- Compile SOPs and guidance materials for on-site standardized operation.Organization & HR Allocation - Plan warehouse organization, manpower and arrange key staff deployment.
- Standardize external vendor collaboration and SLA management.
- Implement warehouse security, emergency and visual management systems.Warehouse Site, Engineering & Facility Equipment Management - Audit warehouse sites, compliance documents and lease contracts.
- Manage warehouse equipment construction, installation and phased acceptance.




- Deploy and accept new warehouse IT infrastructure.System Construction & Data Management - Promote customized WMS/SAP/ERP system iteration, testing and launch.
- Verify master data to ensure project launch data accuracy.Exception Resolution & Systematic Optimization 1.Build emergency response mechanisms for core warehouse operational risks.
2.Standardize inventory discrepancy analysis and optimize relevant processes.3.Summarize exception cases and form reusable standardized solutions.Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above in supply chain, engineering or related majors.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin for work.
- 8+ years 3C electronics project management experience in supply chain & warehousing.Required Abilities - Cross-domain experience in manufacturing supply chain, logistics and systems.
- Experienced in end-to-end warehouse process and distribution solution delivery.
- Capable of warehouse layout, operation and system planning.Personalities - Possess excellent leadership, communication and project delivery capabilities.
- Strong execution, independent judgment and multi-task management ability.
- Pressure-resistant, proactive and good at cross-department collaboration.
