We are looking for: Production Supervisor Interior Decoratives
A production supervisor coordinates and oversees daily operations on the production line to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety. They manage staff, meet deadlines, optimize resources, and resolve technical issues to achieve the company’s production goals.
**Requirements**:
- University degree, production or related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
- **Experience working on automotive interiors, primarily with wood, carbon fiber, and fiberglass**:




- Domain IATF 16949.
- Team Leader Role Orientation
- Daily management on the floor for multiple production lines.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of your team members.
- Service management for your staff
- Production reports for shift closure
- **Fluent English (Minimum C1)**:
- Knowledge with customer like Tesla, Rivan, GM, VW
