Landmark Home Solutions is a high-performance and growing real estate investment company seeking talented phone sales specialists to join our hardworking and dynamic team. Our Acquisitions Team is now hiring!
This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the training and support you need for success. We are looking for driven and down-to-earth people who build relationships quickly.
You will be part of a team that purchases and sells properties nationwide with opportunities for uncapped commission potential and future leadership growth.
This is NOT a call center role.
This is a real estate closing position for serious sales professionals.
COMPENSATION
210,000 - 856,000 ZAR Base Salary
Uncapped Commission (High Earnings Potential)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take inbound seller leads (company-generated)
- Build rapport quickly and control conversations
- Diagnose seller motivation and pain points
- Negotiate and CLOSE real estate deals over the phone
- Lock up properties under contract
- Manage and update CRM daily
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs and sales goals

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 1 year real estate closing experience REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year phone sales experience
- Fluent English
- Strong phone presence and objection handling
- Reliable high-speed internet with backup connection
- Must be available to work US business hours
- Organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales metrics
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
Must live in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Soweto, or any urban location with reliable internet connectivity.

- Why we should trust you to close deals for our company
Pay: $207,681.00 - $900,000.00 per year
