**Overview**
As an **Influencer Marketing Specialist**, you will be the key driver in connecting our brand with local content creators and opinion leaders. We are looking for a hybrid, highly autonomous professional who masters both Public Relations (PR) and technical data analysis to lead end-to-end campaigns that drive brand positioning and commercial growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Plan and execute** end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns independently.
- **Manage all aspects of influencer relations**, including _scouting, initial outreach, rate negotiation, operational briefings, and contract coordination._
- **Monitor campaign performance** in real time and make necessary on-the-go adjustments to ensure KPIs are met.
- **Measure and analyze ROI**, providing technical insights and qualitative/quantitative reports for each execution.
- **Design briefs with clear contractual clauses** for deliverables (compliance, brand Do's & Don'ts) in coordination with the legal team.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** with Brand, Media, and E-commerce teams to align influencer efforts with business sales and conversion goals.




- **Ensure smooth logistics operations** (product shipping/gifting) and on-time delivery within the assigned budget.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Proven **experience managing influencer marketing campaigns**_, ideally within the Beauty Care, Skincare, Cosmetics, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors._
- **Advanced proficiency** in native **analytical tools (TikTok Insights, Instagram Insights) and Social Listening platforms.**:
- **Advanced/Fluent English** (Mandatory, as you will report and directly coordinate strategies with our international corporate headquarters).
