Job Description:Job SummaryResponsible for leading daily production activities related to the assembly and integration of electromechanical products while providing technical guidance and support to production technicians. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives by coordinating work assignments, resolving assembly issues, training personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure achievement of manufacturing schedules and production goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Production Technicians during assembly and integration processes.
- Perform electromechanical assembly of products, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Assign tasks and priorities based on production requirements.




- Monitor production flow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Train and certify new technicians on assembly processes and workmanship standards.
- Verify compliance with assembly instructions, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
- Assist in resolving production issues, material shortages, and documentation discrepancies.
- Support implementation of engineering changes, process improvements, and new product introductions.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and company procedures.
- Lead daily start-up meetings and communicate production priorities.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for production technicians.
- Mentor team members through coaching and hands-on training.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to supervisors.
