Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing
The HR Manager plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate administrators.
**Role Responsibilities and Scope**
- _ A_ll responsibilities _include, but are not limited to the below outline_
- Ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
- Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Participates in safety committee, conducts facility walk-through’s identifying safety issues.
- Works with management and senior HR in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensures plant is FLSA compliant.
- Assists management in union avoidance activities.
- Conducts training when requested.
- Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
- Leads monthly “Listening Sessions” with employees.
**Requirements and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Psychology or any related field (preferred).
- Advanced English Level (Must)
- Experience of 3 to 5 years of working with a similar HR role in a Manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience handling relations with Union labors.
- Knowledge in Oracle, Kronos or any similar Talent Management System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws.
- Availability to work in Soyaniquilpan de Juárez, Estado de México.

- Excellent interpersonal, communications and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and good business judgment.
- Ability to delivery effective and professional presentation to peers, management and other professionals within our field.
