**Maintenance Mechanic/ Plastic Injection/TN Visa US**

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic, this role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving electrical and automated manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
**Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and perform diagnostics on various PLC systems.
- Troubleshoot relays, contactors, overloads, timers, proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, and light curtains.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic schematics and technical drawings.
- Maintain equipment in safe operating condition and ensure compliance with all plant safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to maximize operational efficiency.
**Maintenance Mechanic Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance electrician experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, relays, and electrical systems.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix 5000 required.
- Siemens S7 experience preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be available for overtime and shift work as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per month
