We are expanding our Mexico headquarters in Guadalajara, and we need a relentless **Hunter**. This position is strictly based on **high-volume cold calling**. There are no warm leads handed to you—just a clear outbound process, high-value accounts to close, and an uncapped commission structure paid in USD.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Cold Calling Mastery**: Spend your day executing high-volume outbound cold calls to cold prospects.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Break through gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, and qualify potential B2B clients from scratch.
- **Full Sales Cycle**: Own the entire sales pipeline from the initial cold call and pitch to negotiation and the signed contract.
- **Portfolio Building**: Build and nurture your own client portfolio through disciplined, systematic telephone follow-up.
- **CRM & KPIs**: Exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly sales targets while maintaining flawless data in our CRM.




**What We Need (Basic Requirements)**
- **Cold Calling Experience**: 3+ years of proven success specifically in B2B outbound cold calling and telephone sales (**no exceptions**).
- **Language Mastery**: English C1 proficiency (advanced verbal communication used daily for phone pitching to general clients).
- **Resilience**: Exceptional objection-handling skills, high emotional intelligence, and total comfort with rejection.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Prior sales experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or MRO sector is a **strong plus**.
- **Education**: University degree completed or currently in progress.
