Ensure the efficient and timely delivery and receipt of products, complying with logistics regulations in the shortest time and at the best cost, optimizing the use of authorized carriers, and adhering to transportation, customs, and foreign trade regulations

- Coordinate internal logistics for handling urgent raw material purchases and finished product shipments.
- Ensure on-time delivery of imports and exports of materials, machinery, equipment, and tools, complying with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations.
- Send required documentation in coordination with the export department to ensure the transit of international shipments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of services provided by carriers, ensure accurate billing, and process timely payments to service providers.
- Select and the best transportation options within the logistics chain, optimizing freight costs and ensuring proper carrier utilization.




- Develop the budget for domestic and international freight, considering carrier rate increases and inflation.
- Create accruals, freight expense reports, cost control measures, and ensure proper expense allocation.
- Meet information requirements from both internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Follow company procedures and internal controls.
- Comply with CTPAT/OEA program guideline
