We are seeking a talented **Controls Engineer Senior** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our **Cummins Grupo Industrial** in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.**
**Location**: Blvd. Juan Pablo II 1951, Cdad. Rio Bravo, C. Río Bravo, 32550 Juárez, Chih.

**Job Summary**
Develops, designs, and supports control systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure reliable and efficient operation across manufacturing processes.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Design and develop control systems and related solutions.
- Supporting 8 production lines for the control systems and improvement of cicle time.
- Develop and implement bench tests to validate system performance.
- Modify software and equipment to ensure sensors and actuators operate according to specifications.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues and change requests.
- Prepare cost estimates and compile required technical and financial information for project approvals.
- Investigate project requirements and develop technical solutions considering cost, staffing, and environmental factors.
- Provide installation and technical support for PLC-based hardware and software systems.
- Coach and mentor less experienced Controls Engineers.
**To be successful in this role,



you will need**:
- Solid experience in Programming/Controlling
- Experience with different types of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Wago)
- Experience in Labview

- Electronics knowledge
- Upper Intermediate English Level
