IT Coordinator Centro America y el Caribe
- As our** IT Coordinator Centro America y el Caribe**, you’ll be the go-to expert, connector, and problem-solver, reporting directly to the Area General Manager and working closely with teams across one or more sites.

- This isn’t just a technical role it’s a strategic one. You’ll act as a liaison and change agent between our Global Information Management team and local operations, ensuring that global solutions are tailored to meet local business needs and regulatory requirements.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- You’ll wear many hats: consultant, coordinator, troubleshooter, and trusted advisor. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Be the local IT champion: Understand business needs and propose smart, scalable IT solutions.
- Connect general and local: Serve as the key contact for global IT teams, translating strategy into action.
- Deliver exceptional service: Maintain a customer-first mindset while managing local vendors and contracts.
- Solve problems fast: Be the first point of escalation for critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution.
- Support and guide: Help users navigate IT tools and services, offer training, and lead information sessions.
- Drive operational excellence: Manage local systems, support global rollouts, and oversee technical tasks like backups and hardware configurations.
- Lead change: Support office moves,



tech upgrades, and large events, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Own the lifecycle: Oversee asset and stock management, from procurement to retirement.
**Where You’ll Work**
- This role is based in **Mexico City** and follows a hybrid model: 6 days per month in the office.
**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)-
+10 years of experience in IT, including over 5 years in project management, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement.-
Good understanding of ICT Services and solutions-
Knowledge of IT Systems and Applications-
Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations-
Experience in network management, IT Service Management, Data Security Management, Cyber Security-
Proficient in English (both oral and written)-
Customer-centric approach-
Strong coordination and organizational skills.-
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills-
Demonstrates independence, proactiveness and adaptability.-
Reporting and analyzing skills.-
Skilled in relationship management, collaboration, and delivering presentations.- PMP and/or ITIL certifications (are a plus).
