Where You’ll Make a Difference
Support the control, safeguarding, and management of regulated materials in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements
Maintain accurate inventory records and authorized control books for regulated materials
Coordinate the issuance of regulated materials to production, quality, and creative laboratory teams
Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of regulated materials
Support inspections, audits, and verification activities conducted by regulatory authorities, including COFEPRIS
Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and support inventory control processes
Assist in the preparation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to regulated materials
Support compliance activities associated with regulated materials management and regulatory reporting
Promote adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and food safety requirements
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, quality, laboratory, warehouse control, or regulated materials management
Knowledge of regulated materials and chemical precursor regulations
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to controlled substances and regulated materials
Experience maintaining records, documentation, and compliance-related processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferred
Intermediate English proficiency
Strong attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and analytical skills
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience supporting activities related to COFEPRIS regulations and regulated materials
Experience working in quality, laboratory, regulatory, or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22716 systems
