**About Convatec**
Support the Indirect Purchasing area in supplier management, purchase order follow-up, and administrative activities within the sourcing process, contributing to compliance with internal policies, delivery timelines, and cost control.
- Assist in sourcing and updating suppliers for indirect materials.
- Follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Collaborate in updating the supplier and material catalog.
- Support quotation comparisons (price, quality, and lead times).
- Assist in bidding and quotation processes.
- Maintain basic communication with suppliers regarding delivery follow-up and documentation.
- Support the resolution of issues related to deliveries or invoicing.
- Participate in administrative control of procurement documents (POs, quotations, contracts).
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure proper procurement process flow.
- Support physical inventory counts when required.
- Comply with internal quality, safety, and environmental policies.
- Participate in assigned training and activities related to EEHS.
- Maintain organization and control of documentation according to procedures.




- Active student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- **Languages**
- Speaking: Preferred English*
- Writing/Reading: Preferred English*
**Requirements**:
- Students or recent graduates in Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work (Monday-Friday).
- Advanced English.
