We are seeking a globally minded and strategically driven Director of Global Strategic Sourcing to lead our sourcing and supplier strategy. This leader will focus on strategic commodity purchasing, supplier quality, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and innovative supply chains. The role will also oversee the integration of sourcing processes and procedures to support internal business needs and long-term company objectives.

This role is also responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that deliver a competitive advantage in product sourcing, drive profit enhancement, improve lead times and enable differentiated product development.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western business cultures, and possess a strong track records of talent development, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement.

Strategic Sourcing & Quality Assurance

precision manufacturing components.

Team Leadership
