**JOB PURPOSE**
Serve as a leader and facilitator for the work team’s tasks and activities in order to achieve safety, quality, production, environmental, and overall operational objectives, while meeting customer requirements.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies, as well as provide timely follow-up on corrective actions for unsafe conditions and compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report environmental or safety risks to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure personnel operate the machines for which they were trained, following standard work procedures.
- Participate in accident / incident investigations.




- Promote environmental awareness and safety standards in accordance with established systems.
- Assume responsibility and accountability regarding the effectiveness of the environmental management system.
- Respond to audit non-conformities and, when applicable, take actions to control and correct them; address consequences, including mitigation of adverse environmental impacts.
- Execute the Emergency Response Plan correctly according to procedures.
- Conduct LPAs according to schedule and ensure team leaders execute them as required.
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of production (OEE), safety, and scrap reports.
- Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate updating of production boards.
- Follow up and close actions related to assigned production lines (LPA, safety, environmental, quality, production (OEE), maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate and ensure communication of operational activity progress to the team.
- Coordinate and assign human and material resources to personnel under supervision.
- Coordinate and ensure operational training while identifying personnel training needs at workstations.
- Ensure personnel rotation across different operations to develop a multifunctional team.
- Manage personnel attendance and incidents.
- Participate in courses, workshops, and training sessions required to help the team achieve objectives.
- Promote problem-solving through the appropriate process (8D / A3).




- Determine the feasibility of improvement ideas generated by team members, manage implementation with the responsible employee, and validate execution.
- Handle labor conflicts through negotiation.
- Follow daily standard work procedures and provide direction to line leaders and operators.
- Motivate, guide, and recognize personnel under supervision.
- Ensure respectful treatment among coworkers in alignment with company values.
- Ensure compliance with internal work regulations.
- Record overtime and transportation routes accurately and on time.
- Review and close payroll for personnel under supervision accurately and on schedule to properly finalize each employee’s workweek.
- Ensure proper personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with calisthenics/stretching exercises at the beginning and middle of shifts.
- Manage and verify the closure of maintenance work orders.
- Review and ensure compliance with the daily production plan.
- Participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.
**What we’re looking for**
- Education: Mechanical Administrative Engineer, Mechanical Electrical Engineer, Industrial Production Engineer, Technical degree, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years or more in a Production Supervisor position.
- Technical Knowledge Required: Manufacturing processes, personnel management, KPI management, quality and environmental systems, problem analysis and solving, workplace safety, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Federal Labor Law, ISO 14001, industrial safety and environmental systems, environmental regulations, industrial safety and hygiene, NOM standards, accident investigation and prevention, ergonomics, and risk analysis.
