**Job Title**:Account Manager - Perfumery & Beauty**

As a **Account Manager P&B;** you will be responsible for for the business success, by ensuring pro-active plans are in place to support future according to objectives, establishing DSM-Firmenich as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably.

**- Your key responsibilities**
- Have a strong strategic vision of business, identify business potentials, competitive landscape and new business opportunities
- Lead client long term relationship, influence clients’ decisions, establish DSM-Firmenich as key partner
- Lead projects originated in the region establishing resources, own & manage timelines.
- Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project.
- Lead contact for client fragrance leaders
- Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement and supply chain
- Continuously seeking improvement opportunities: revenue and profitability vs. objectives (incl. profitability
improvement programs, portfolio rationalization projects...)
**- You Bring**
- We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering results collaboratively, creating strong synergy with the team, and capable of managing long-term projects.
- 3+ years of experience in successful sales / marketing experience, desirable in integral companies with multiple clients. Will be a plus fragrance experience.




- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Bachelor Degree (Titulado)
