M. Hudson Design is a luxury residential landscape architecture firm based in Jupiter, Florida. We design sophisticated outdoor environments for high-end residences, waterfront estates, country club properties, and luxury developments throughout South Florida.
We are expanding our visualization team and seeking an exceptional **3D Visualization Artist** with advanced expertise in **Twinmotion and Unreal Engine**.
**Position Overview**:
The 3D Visualization Artist will work remotely with our landscape architects and designers to transform design plans, architectural models, surveys, and reference materials into highly realistic luxury residential environments.
You will help our clients visualize the complete property experience through cinematic images, animations, walkthroughs, and real-time presentations.
**Required Qualifications**:
Applicants **must** meet all of the following requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in **Twinmotion**
- Expert-level proficiency in **Unreal Engine**
- Extensive professional experience with **landscape architecture visualization**
- Advanced ability to model and render:
- Topography and site grading
- Terrain and elevation changes
- Trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, and landscape planting
- Pools, spas, fountains, and water features
- Patios, driveways, walkways, walls, and hardscape
- Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and outdoor living spaces
- Architectural exteriors and surrounding site context
- Exterior lighting and nighttime environments
- A strong portfolio of **luxury residential landscape architecture projects**
- Ability to interpret landscape plans,



architectural drawings, surveys, grading information, and reference imagery
- Ability to attend scheduled online team meetings during agreed-upon working-hour overlap with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Ability to organize files, follow naming standards, receive feedback, and complete revisions accurately
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workstation capable of producing complex real-time visualizations
- Availability to begin immediately
**Preferred Experience**:
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Rhino
- Lumion
- D5 Render
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Cinematic animation and video editing
- Virtual reality or interactive real-time presentations
- Importing architectural and civil models into Twinmotion or Unreal Engine
- Optimizing complex models, materials, vegetation, lighting, and performance
- South Florida, tropical, Mediterranean, coastal, or subtropical planting environments
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Build detailed and accurate 3D site models from plans, surveys, architectural models, and design direction
- Create realistic terrain, topography, planting, hardscape, pools, water features, and outdoor environments
- Import, organize, clean, and optimize models for use in Twinmotion and Unreal Engine




- Produce high-resolution still renderings, animations, walkthroughs, and cinematic presentations
- Create realistic daytime, sunset, evening, and nighttime scenes- Participate in remote design-coordination and production meetings
- Incorporate comments and revisions efficiently
- Maintain organized project files and follow established production standards
- Communicate progress, questions, conflicts, and potential deadline issues proactively
- Deliver consistently polished work suitable for luxury residential clients
**Contractor Relationship**:
The amount of available work may vary based on project schedules, performance, reliability, technical ability, and the quality of completed work. Successful contractors may have the opportunity to develop an ongoing working relationship with our firm.
