**JOB PURPOSE**
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects (product, process, or improvement-related) focused on generating value and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, within the established timeline and budget.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Evaluate project feasibility for implementation
- Directly manage new projects such as cost reduction initiatives, component relocation, insourcing or outsourcing activities, product or process changes, and small program launches
- Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress
- Conduct project follow-up meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Drive participation, commitment, and communication among teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Assess project risks and minimize negative impacts
- Create and maintain all project documentation
- Report and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
- Train and support functional areas in project management practices
- Manage the complete project lifecycle (phase-in / phase-out)
- Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory
**What we’re looking for**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 5 years or more in similar roles
- Technical Knowledge Required: Strong project management skills, knowledge of project lifecycle and implementation phases, understanding of project management methodologies (PMI - PMBoK), project management tools, PMP certification and Agile knowledge preferred, Core Tools knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Other Requirements: Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and project management software
- English Level: Proficient
