Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the spin occurs, this Senior Process Engineer-SMT Technical Lead role will support SpinCo from Guadalajara North Campus, leading SMT operations and mentoring engineers to ensure scalable, robust processes.
You will develop programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and Press Fit equipment, optimize yields, perform defect analysis, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events
