Job SummaryThe Employee Engagement Supervisor is responsible for developing, executing, and managing internal communication and engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee alignment, and organizational identity.This role is an individual contributor, focused on hands-on delivery rather than people management, and works closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company values, goals, and cultureCreate, curate, and manage content for company-wide announcements, newsletters, engagement campaigns, and internal platformsPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns that promote participation and moraleEnsure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all internal communication materialsCollaborate with HR and leadership on change communications, company updates,



and engagement-related programsMonitor engagement metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvementsSupport company events, town halls, and internal activities through communication planning and executionAct as a communication point person for engagement-related initiatives and internal campaignsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, internal communications, or a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience creating content for internal audiences and managing engagement initiativesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independentlyCreative, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
