Modify, understanding and keep the engineering procedures and standards.
Creating and understandingmodels, structures, prototypes,fixturesand/ordrawings.
Establishing objectives for the organization.
Follow up the new models and currents models, develop process, flow and control system to improve the quality of the product.
Monitorprocesses and production schedules in an efficient manner.
Implementing improvements in the production process.
Minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Training new employees and guiding them when necessary.
Delegating tasks toproducttechnician team.
Daily, weekly, monthly report of projects or tendency trend from production, quality and customer issues
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Electronic, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Eng.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 to 5 year in similar position
LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: 80%
COMPUTER USAGE: MS Office, 2D or 3D Software, SAP system
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Responsible, creative and sense of urgency.
