Role Definition: Processes job requisitions and provides support for supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.
What will you do: Working with master planners on outsourcing needs; establishing blanket purchase orders and vendor managed inventory (VMI).
Supports improvement solutions for the supply-chain process.
Supporting customer efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
Maintaining and supporting supply chain application systems.
Degree Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Administrative Engineering or related field.
English Intermediate
Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position: Accuracy and Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in inventory control, tracking, and record maintenance. Maintain data integrity within SAP and inventory management systems.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking – Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making. Apply root cause analysis and Lean methodologies, including Fishbone Diagrams, RCCA, and 5 Whys.
Logistics Management:
Inventory – Knowledge of inventory management and control processes. Understanding of Supply Chain operations and logistics workflows.
Problem Solving – Identify inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. Resolve operational issues related to inventory and material flow.
Process Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data-driven analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Project Management – Coordinate and manage projects related to inventory, logistics, and Supply Chain operations. Support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and efficiency.
Supplier Management – Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material availability and operational continuity. Manage supplier relationships and support performance improvement initiatives.
Top Candidate Qualifications: Advanced SAP proficiency, preferably in WM & IM modules.
Advanced English proficiency.
AutoCAD knowledge.
Experience coordinating and managing projects.
Background in Supply Chain and inventory management.
Supplier management background.
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and root cause analysis tools.
Minimum of 2 years in similar roles.
Additional information: Location: Santa Catarina,
Nuevo Leon.
These roles require availability to work rotating shifts under a six-day-per-week, in-office work model.
