Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, including LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other regulatory requirements, while supporting audits and labor inspections.
Serve as the primary HR compliance partner in Mexico, collaborating with HR, Legal, Compliance, Health & Security, and business leaders to mitigate risk and maintain governance standards.
Manage OFAC and sanctions screening processes for employees, contractors, and vendors, including investigations, documentation, and escalations.
Coordinate occupational health and safety programs, mandatory committees including NOM-035, and emergency response brigades to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Deliver compliance training, monitor key metrics, prepare executive reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR compliance and workplace safety programs.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR Compliance, Labor Relations, Employment Law, or a related HR function.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, including LFT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements.
Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, investigations, and regulatory processes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
