⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm CT

About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to support our Pricing and Billing teams. This position is idóneo for someone interested in developing strong analytical and administrative skills within a back‑office logistics environment.

You will play a key role in data accuracy, invoice preparation, and pricing support, helping ensure billing processes run efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately transfer data from reports into spreadsheets
2. Track trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customers
3. Cross‑check rate confirmations against shipment orders to ensure accurate billing
4. Assist Billing and Pricing specialists with daily tasks to improve team productivity
5. Support bid processing using pricing and bid management platforms

Review, analyze, and organize billing, pricing, and trailer documentation
7. Perform trailer tracking and detection using Excel
8. Support pricing‑related tasks

️ Technical Skills & Requirements

- Intermediate Excel skills (required)
- 10‑key data entry experience (required)
- Ability to download, review, and interpret documents (rates, pricing, trailer data, etc.)
- Strong experience tracking and organizing data in spreadsheets
- Logistics or transportation experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a back‑office environment
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills
