Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field**.
- **Advanced English level - written and spoken.**:
- Strong **troubleshooting and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and electrical information.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical inquiries.
