**Technical Scope & Responsibilities**
- **Full-Cycle Development**: Engineering of bespoke automation cells from concept to final commissioning (FAT/SAT).
- **Motion Control & Robotics**: Advanced trajectory programming and kinematic configuration for **Stäubli, Epson, and ABB** manipulators.
- **Control Logic**:



Development of structured control code within **Siemens (TIA Portal)** and **Beckhoff (TwinCAT)** environments.
- **Hardware Integration**: Selection and interfacing of fieldbus components, I/O modules, and peripheral devices.
- **Process Applications**: Implementation and optimization of vision-guided robotics (**Cognex/Keyence**), DC-tooling (tightening), dispensing systems, and laser marking integration.
- **Documentation**: Technical specification of **BOMs** and system architecture validation.
