Responsibilities

Continuously recruit for operational, administrative, and managerial positions

Develop the annual recruitment plan

Manage hiring and vacancy reports

Follow up with candidates

Collect candidates' personal information

Administer psychometric tests

Complete the full recruitment cycle

Requirements





Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, People management, etc.

3 year of experience in Recruitment.

3 years of experience as a human resources generalist

Advanced English

Base salary between 18,000 to 23,000 per month
