Markem-Imaje is seeking a Remote Software Support Engineer to join a newly established Mexico hub in a hybrid work setting. You will troubleshoot software across production lines, printers, databases and ERP systems for global customers, with training in the office before transitioning to early start shifts to support international time zones.
Adecuado candidates have 2+ years in software support, proficiency in VB.NET and C#, solid SQL knowledge, and strong English communication skills. Travel (<5%) may be required.
