As a Sales Support Specialist I, you will play an important role in supporting the success of our sales organization through operational processes, reporting activities, data management, and business support. You will work closely with sales teams, commercial leaders, and cross-functional partners to help ensure accurate information, efficient workflows, and actionable business insights.

**JOB DUTIES**:
- Support daily sales and commercial operations by managing routine processes, administrative workflows, and stakeholder requests.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute sales performance reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and resolution of quality issues.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, reporting solutions, and automated processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and other teams on reporting, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with business analyses, leadership presentations, performance reviews, and special projects as assigned.




- Monitor adherence to established processes and escalate operational or data-related issues when appropriate.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Full professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- 0-2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, commercial operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability and willingness to develop more advanced skills.
- Experience or familiarity with dashboards, data management, reporting tools, or Databricks is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
