We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) and Test Architecture. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automated test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify testing requirements.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices in test automation.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior QA team members in automation best practices and SDET principles.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and software quality assurance.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience as an SDET or Test Architect.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Hands on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Ability to design and implement test strategies for complex applications.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality software products.
