We're looking for our first Sales Partner in Mexico.

TALIA is a Spanish B2B SaaS company bringing AI-powered customer service to the events and culture industry.

TALIA connects an event organizer's website with AI agents that can answer customer questions in real time using the organization's own information.

The result goes beyond automating FAQs:

- Free up event teams from repetitive customer requests.
- Improve the customer experience with instant, accurate answers.
- Help increase conversion opportunities by removing friction during the customer journey.
- Turn customer conversations into valuable data that organizations can use to make better decisions.
- Make customer service scalable without adding workload to the team.

Our Web Agent is available now, with our Email Agent launching in September.

The product is easy to understand, has a free trial and can be explained in just two minutes — making for a short sales cycle.

Your role

You'll help us develop the Mexican market by:

- Prospecting event organizers, venues, festivals, museums and cultural organizations.
- Contacting potential customers by phone, email or other relevant channels.
- Identifying relevant opportunities and presenting TALIA.
- Getting qualified prospects to activate their free trial.
- Supporting the conversion from trial to paying customer.
- Developing additional opportunities through the leads we provide and your own network or contacts.

You bring the sales ability, initiative and consistency. We provide the product, tools, leads and support.

Who we're looking for

We particularly value experience in:

- Events, culture, entertainment or tourism
- SaaS, software or technology services
- Cold outreach, phone prospecting and closing
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Developing business through your own network

Experience in the events industry or SaaS is highly valued.

No technical background is required. We take care of the technology.

Working model

- Freelance / independent contractor
- 100% remote
- 10–20 hours per week minimum, with flexibility to work more
- Versátil schedule
- No exclusivity

This is a 100% performance-based collaboration with no fixed salary.

You earn from qualified free-trial activations.

When a trial converts into a paying customer:

50% of the first monthly subscription

25% recurring commission for the next 12 months on the revenue generated by the customer.

You also receive $100 USD for every 10 paying customers closed (10, 20, 30, 40… cumulative)

Payments are made monthly in USD, against invoice.
