Hunter Dunning is working with a collaborative small architectural practice on new-build and retrofit projects for schools and NHS environments. You will develop and coordinate technical information across RIBA Stages 4-6 and resolve complex construction details during live site delivery.
Your Experience Strong technical detailing skills and live-site construction knowledge
Detailed working knowledge of RIBA Stages 4-6
Experience producing coordinated technical packages
Knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, HTMs and HBNs
Experience in school and NHS project environments
AutoCAD, Revit LT and SketchUp experience
Clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors and on-site trades
Experience working with Architects, Building Surveyors and Technologists
What You’ll Get Salary of £55,000 - £65,000
Option to work from home on Fridays
