We are looking for a dynamic and experienced "Principal" Senior Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of diverse technology projects.This role will be central to driving a contact center transformation project, among other strategic initiatives at AT&T.The; idóneo candidate will lead a multidisciplinary scrum team, ensuring technical excellence, architectural integrity, and seamless integration with internal and third-party systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Key ContributionsLead the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of diverse software applications spanning backend, frontend, and cloud platformsGuide the engineering team to adopt best practices in software development, quality assurance, automation, and securityCollaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of impactful softwarePromote DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code to streamline delivery and operationsMentor engineers to develop their skills and grow within a collaborative, agile environmentIdentify and mitigate technical risks, optimize system performance, and maintain compliance with security standardsLead technical documentation efforts and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholdersBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional software development experience,
