Responsibilities
Provide customer service support
Assist clients with questions about their bank accounts
Offer guidance and resolve issues efficiently over the phone

Requirements
18 years old or older
English level B2 EPL B2
Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience
High School Diploma completed
Schedule availability
Must live in Mexico City
100 onsite availability
