Job description
Ensure the efficient and timely delivery and receipt of products, complying with logistics regulations in the shortest time and at the best cost, optimizing the use of authorized carriers, and adhering to transportation, customs, and foreign trade regulations

Coordinate internal logistics for handling urgent raw material purchase shipments and finished goods deliveries.
Ensure the timely delivery of imports and exports of materials, machinery, equipment, and tools, while complying with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations.
Send the necessary documentation in coordination with the Export Department to ensure the smooth transit of international shipments.
Monitor the effectiveness of transportation services, verify the accuracy of freight charges, and ensure timely payment to service providers.
Select and implement the best transportation options within the logistics chain, focusing on freight optimization and the proper use of carriers.
Create accruals, prepare freight expense reports, control logistics costs, and ensure the correct allocation of expenses.
Meet internal and external customer information requirements accurately and on time.
Comply with the requirements and guidelines of the CTPAT/AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) program
