Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to win? Our "Account Development Manager in Automation & Electrification" develop comprehensive account strategies to drive specification of Bosch Rexroth Industrial Electric Drives and Control Technology products at assigned accounts as well as new customers. Excellent prospecting, account management, and account acquisition skills will be essential to the success of this position.

In this role you will:
- Develop comprehensive strategy for each account with focus to foster strong, long-term relationships, while identifying current and future projects and broadening our current scope of business
- Drive the specification process for Bosch Rexroth Technologies at OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Integrators and End User accounts in a variety of industries.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision makers at the key account level and engage accordingly.
- Must be comfortable engaging and interacting with executive management, senior engineering, and technical personnel, as well as Procurement and Manufacturin
