- We are looking for an experienced L2 Java Support Specialist with 8–10 years of experience to support enterprise platform operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Azure, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application and platform support for enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and production issues.
- Monitor applications, containers, Kubernetes environments, and messaging platforms.
- Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support Java/Spring Boot applications running on Azure.
- Work with MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for operational support.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
