Logistics Specialist – International Headline Drive integral logistics operations that keep mining moving
Intro Text At FLSmidth, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist – International to coordinate transportation and import operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and efficient support for internal customers. You will be part of a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating international shipments and working with multiple global stakeholders to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
Short Department Description You will be part of the Traffic & Logistics team within Group Procurement.
Your Responsibilities Coordinate international shipments and cargo follow-up
Manage import and transportation documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Monitor KPI performance of logistics providers
Schedule operations according to delivery priorities
Manage risks and resolve operational contingencies
Validate payments related to international operations
Issue periodic logistics management reports
What You Bring Degree in International Trade or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
Knowledge of international logistics and imports




Experience with international shipping documentation
Knowledge of Incoterms and IMO cargo
Intermediate technical English skills
Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
Safety and continuous improvement mindset
