**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**:- Develop and execute system integration Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for HVES modules- Interface with cross functional team to design and develop functional solutions that achieve design requirements & to ensure proper design interfaces with other components, and all requirements are met.
- Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
- Translate Functional Objectives into technical requirements and solutions- Own and update Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR), and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) - ensure functional objectives, guidelines and corporate requirements are met- Conduct Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling (Catia / NX) and template set-up & maintenance using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
- Early Computer Aided Design (CAD) creation and development prior to supplier award & onboardingGenerate CAD and 2D drawings for components including GD&T;**YOUR PROFILE**:- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



Computer Engineering, and or MBA from an ABET accredited university (or equivalent)- Knowledge Lighting Development, Lighting Measurement, Lighting Simulation using SPEOS or any other simulation tools- Experience developing Performance Standards, Creating master sections and Surface feasibility proposal for PDO- Knowledge of CAN/LIN bus and experience with circuit analysis- Design for Six Sigma DFSS experienced (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Shainin Green Belt- NX and Teamcenter knowledge- Automotive Interior Product Design components/systems design/development/releasing experience- Experience with Tooling feasibility in Injection molded plastics/Decorative components- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environmentKnowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R;), FEA, Mold Flow Virtual Validation, GD&T;, and i-Speed**WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
