**Business Development Specialist****Location: Mexico City, Mexico****REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum Bachelor's degree- 1-3 years of experience in Sales- Excellent sales skills- Excellent networking abilities- Ability to work independently and with tight deadlines- Strong communication skills and team player attitude**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Participate in sales strategy creation and business development to enhance business growth- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the customers needs- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints- Monitor, analyze and report market sales and marketing activities and results- Create, develop and maintain customer database- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new campaigns and strategies- Participate in effectively P&L; account management- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience- Sets deadlines and communicate with clients even before the sales activities start and, when is necessary, communication with sales marketing- Suggest sales process improvements- Create and improve customer service in a specific market,
