What You'll Do

- Take over each client from B2B Sales right after they sign and pay.
- Book and run a Zoom onboarding call within 24–48 hours of handoff.
- Connect the client's Meta ad account and payment method.
- Walk them through CRM login, calendar sync, and phone number purchase.
- Collect campaign details on the call: ad account name, campaign type (buyer vs. seller focus), city/state, target counties, daily ad spend, ISA usage, language.
- Record the call (Fathom) and fill out the onboarding form for every client.




- Confirm all tech/account setup is complete before handing off to Media Buying and CSM.
- Flag missing info or setup issues to the internal team fast — campaigns need to launch in 7–10 days.

What We're Looking For

- Spanish and English, spoken well — this is a live client-facing call.
- Can learn CRM/ad platforms fast (GoHighLevel, Meta Ads experience a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented — you're the last check before the account gets built.
- Experience in onboarding, account management, or client success.
- Can manage a queue of clients and stick to a 24-48 hour SLA.
- Comfortable running video calls and screen-sharing with non-technical clients.
