Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Inventory Management Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management and Procurement.

The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, conducting functional workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules, supporting integrations and testing, and assisting with end-to-end implementation activities.

The adecuado candidate should have strong Inventory Management expertise along with very good experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement, including purchasing and procure-to-pay processes.

Candidates must be based in Mexico and be available for milestone-based travel to Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management implementations and support.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Inventory Management based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Conduct functional workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Provide strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement, including Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Configure and support Procurement processes such as:
- Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Approvals
- Receiving
- Supplier Management
- Purchasing
- Procurement Contracts
- Configure and support Inventory processes including:




- Inventory Organizations
- Subinventories and Locators
- Item setup and inventory attributes
- Inventory transactions
- Receiving and put-away
- Transfers and movement of inventory
- Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory
- Inventory adjustments
- Min-Max Planning
- Material reservations
- On-hand inventory
- Support integration between Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and other Oracle SCM modules.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
- Analyze production issues and provide functional solutions and root-cause analysis.
- Support data migration and validation activities related to Inventory and Procurement.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Travel to Mexico City on a milestone basis as required by the project.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.




- Excellent experience in Oracle Cloud Inventory Management.
- Very good experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement.
- Strong understanding of Inventory and Procurement business processes.
- Experience with at least one or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory business processes.
- Experience with Oracle SCM integrations and cross-module processes.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Experience working in implementation, upgrade, rollout, or production support projects.
- Must be currently based in Mexico.
- Must be willing to travel to Mexico City on a milestone basis.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Cost Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SCM integrations.
- Experience with data migration, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and functional troubleshooting.
- Experience working with multinational or manufacturing organizations.
- Oracle Cloud SCM certification is a plus.
