The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing a positive customer service experience and executing day-to-day banking activities in coordination with the Customer Service function.The overall objective is to provide high quality customer service and to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering optimal solutions.
**Responsibilities**:- Promote security box services to customers who meet the profile to be users of this service- Administer and supervise client access to safe deposit boxes- Maintain the safe deposit inventory files- Perform periodic reviews of the status of records of safe deposit boxes for collection of unpaid incomes- Update and maintain client contracts Make contact process to customers to update contracts- Work with manager to manage and safeguard access keys to the vault of safe deposit boxes- Resolve client issues and identify when to deviate from standard practices or escalate to supervisor- Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
**Qualifications**:- Previous relevant experience preferred- Experience in branch services or customer service- Demonstrated knowledge of Office Package Management and WEB tools- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work in fast-paced environment**Education**:- High School diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
