Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Program Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, South Campus_._- Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves_ working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- _ Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets._- _ In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results._- _ Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required._- _ Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics._- _ Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program,



staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program._- _ Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel._- _ Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities._- _ Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues._- _ In charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions._- _ Maintain current and develop additional business with customers._- _ Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met._- _ Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers._- _ Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise._- _ Excellent communication skills and must be Fluent in Spanish & English._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS degree._- _ Requires experience in program administration/ management or related area._- _ Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site._- _ Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills._- _ Advanced English._- _ Intermediate/ advanced Excel._- _ Experience in Automotive Industry is preferable._- _ Acknowledgment of automotive standards (IATF, PPAP, Core tools, APQP).
_- _ Background experience on materials or quality areas is a plus!
