QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, technology, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, transformation, operations, or related roles (preferable in supply chain management with business focused)
- Proven experience leading large, complex projects or programs with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional, and regional impact

Functional Skills

- Advanced project and program management skills, including integrated planning, governance, value realization, risk management, and issue resolution
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity, evaluate delivery trade-offs, and make risk-based decisions within approved tolerances
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, resources, vendors, and workstream dependencies across complex initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to prepare clear governance materials and decision recommendations
- Ability to apply advanced delivery methods and adapt PMO standards to project complexity while maintaining quality and control.
