Sales AssistantLanguage Requirement: Fluent in Spanish and Chinese; English is a plus**Key Responsibilities**- Support the sales team in business development and customer relationship management in the Mexican market;- Communicate with local dealers on a daily basis, follow up on orders, after-sales issues, and market feedback;- Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, contracts, and shipping lists;- Assist with market research, gather competitor intelligence, and provide basic analysis;- Coordinate client visits, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and provide translation support as needed;- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the local team to ensure smooth communication and task execution;- Provide support for exhibitions, promotional events, and other market activities;- Assist in handling customer complaints, payment follow-ups, and other administrative sales support tasks.




- Other positions related tasks may be assigned by managers from time to time depending on work needs.
